Several customers reported issues with Microsoft Teams presence this morning. We also received similar reports internally, from customers using other Enghouse solutions that integrate with Teams.

Based on the information available, this appears to have been related to a Microsoft Teams service issue rather than a fault within the Enghouse Competella SaaS platform.

The issue was observed to stabilise at approximately 11:30, and no action was required within the Enghouse Competella solution.

Microsoft has referenced this incident under TM1394359 in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center for further details.
